Director of Service Impresa Verde Arezzo, is responsible for the CAA Coldiretti and is Director of the Consortium Olio PGI Toscano. Roberto was responsible for the project "Improvement of olive oil quality", He works in the extension service for development and financing projects under the PSR Toscana. Marchesini has developed training courses on olive oil and olive cultivation. Judge in regional EVOO competitions, was president in the "IGP Toscano Colline di Arezzo" (2013/2014) and juror in the national Ercole Olivario competition and in international competition EVO IOOC. He has published many informative brochures on technical and practical tips for the olive oil chain (harvest, olive mill, storage and qualitative aspects of olive oil).
