The team, united by the same passion and the common idea of innovating and renewing itself, is led by Dr. Antonio G. Lauro, professional taster, founder of the “Prim’Olio” olive oil tasting committee, head of the panel of various international competitions and author of numerous thematic publications.

Valorize the excellent qualities of EVOO, promote the nutritional benefits of its use in the Mediterranean diet, promote the oil excellencies from all over the
world: this is the ultimate mission of EVO International Olive Oil Contest®. For this reason, only the producers able to guarantee the traceability and origin of the products presented participate in the competition.
